Yu Family Kitchen
As the name already suggests, Yu Family Kitchen is a family-run business in the city centre of Amsterdam. It is founded on April 28, 2013. In our kitchen, guests can get quick and healthy tofu, chicken, shrimps and beef meals.
All our meals are made with love according to family recipes.
All our Chinese meals are made fresh per order by Chef Yu, using our delicious home-made sauces.
Yu Xiang sauce: A classic Sichuan sauce: medium spicy with a pinch of sweetness
Gong Bao sauce: Loved by die-hard spicy foodies: it includes peanuts and chili peppers
Oyster sauce: Can be found in every Chinese kitchen: it is mild, fragrant and loved by people of all ages
Sweet-sour sauce: Especially fit for the sweet tooth among us: a balance of sweet and sour flavours
Curry sauce: Yellow curry sauce with a pinch of spiciness
Black Bean sauce: One of the oldest known food made from soybeans: it has deep salty flavours and it is medium spicy
Our menu (in our restaurant) is also available in Dutch, Chinese, German, French, Italian, and Spanish language.
